My oh my.. Fried Hokkien mi is the best.  This mouthwatering dish never fails to stir up a line.  Imagine a saucy noodle dish with the right consistency to pleasure your taste buds.  Its simple yet breath taking.  And the prawns are just accents.  I’m not entirely sure what goes into this dish but you can just imagine all the good flavors of palabok and pancit canton mixed together.  Add on some chili and enjoy an asian festival in your mouth.  Highly recommended.  Thanks Red!  Can’t wait to go back for a visit.
