A Red Carpet Meal for Bloggers
A few minutes ago I just posted my NuffNang Asia-Pacific Blog Awards blog entry and saved this part for my food blog so here we go. Sit down, relax and enjoy this tasty adventure.
Let’s start off with the feast for the night:

So far so good… Here’s the Marinated Smoked Tuna with Feta. Herb Salad and Balsamic Olive Oil. That was a mouthful.

Next comes the Light Cream of Asparagus and Green Peas topped with a Chive of Mousseline. I have no idea what Mousseline is but it sounds good. I could taste the green peas and it was surprisingly good with asparagus - two greens in one soup…

I finished it all up! Now comes the Rosemary Marinated Chicken Breast with Saffron Cheesy Mash Potato and Balsamic Reduction Mediterranean Vegetable in Mango Coriander Salsa Sauce. Whew… I should have asked the waiter what it was twice just for kicks.

Last - dessert. Praline Halzenut Gateau with Rasberry Jelly. The rasberry jelly was too much for me. The rest was perfect.

Some alcohol like wine (preferably beer coz I love beer) would have been great.
